In doing so, the company is working towards setting standards across the property investment industry, offering excellence in customer service and only presenting deals that pass rigorous assessments.

    To help investors stay up to date with the industry and diversify into new strategies, the brand offers a significant amount of learning materials, such as guides, blogs, podcasts, videos, webinars and more. The company also hosts Sourced Investor Network (SIN) networking events across the country.

    Their unique format has been designed to facilitate new deals, encourage joint venture opportunities and to inspire
    investors of all levels to move their businesses forward.

    By working with Sourced, investors gain access to a large selection of packaged investment opportunities, which span across 10 different strategies: conversion, development, buy to sell, title split, lease option, buy to let, HMO, rent to rent, serviced accommodation, refurbishment.

    The deals are identified and packaged by a nationwide network of over 150 professional property sourcers. After successfully undergoing a strict assessment, the opportunities are presented via the Sourced Property Investment app, used by thousands of investors. Only profitable and adequate deals make it onto the app.

    Investors can also utilise a bespoke service called “Sourced to Order”, working with a specific sourcer. The service provides them with property deals that match a set of requirements.
